Leadership Circle
The MCS Leadership Circle is designed for Juniors and Seniors who want to grow their leadership acumen. Students will engage in a study of Leadership and Self Deception by the Arbinger Institute, complete a Grip Birkman Basics assessment to explore personal strengths, behaviors, motivations, and interests/career inclinations, and interview local leaders
